FirstEnergy Solutions says there’s still time for state legislators to OK bailout

So why then did bankrupt FirstEnergy Nuclear plead with the Ohio state legislature that it needed a massive bailout by June 30, 2019, at the very latest, in order to order new nuclear fuel, to keep its Ohio reactors operating?

As Tim Judson, executive director of NIRS, called it, in his testimony to the Ohio legislature opposed to the nuclear bailout bill (House Bill 6, HB6), FirstEnergy was bluffing.
