As part of its decision to forge ahead despite it all at Vogtle 3 & 4, Southern Nuclear et al. have selected Bechtel as its lead contractor. Bechtel issued a press release.

Bechtel has built around 2/3rds of the reactors in the U.S., and half the reactors in the Western world.
