One of the issues raised is impacts of Covid-19 on nuclear power plant emergency preparedness. After all, a mass evacuation, as into evacuation shelters, does not jibe with stay-at-home, stay-safe, shelter-in-place orders in effect in many states due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
